By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including businesses, scouts, and visitors.

We provide a WhatsApp commerce platform that enables local businesses to receive and manage orders through WhatsApp. The platform includes order management dashboards, product catalogs, QR code ordering, analytics, and a scout referral network.

To use the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and current.

Access to the platform requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month.
• Yearly subscriptions renew automatically each year.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• Prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to select a subscription plan to continue using the platform. If you do not subscribe, your account will be restricted.

Scouts are independent participants who refer businesses to the platform in exchange for recurring commissions. By participating in the scout program, you agree to:

• Represent the platform honestly and professionally.
• Not make false or misleading claims about the platform's features or pricing.
• Accept that commissions are earned only for active, subscribed stores.
• Receive payouts via Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate scout accounts for misrepresentation, fraud, or violation of these terms.

The platform integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Business API. By using our WhatsApp features, you agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of WhatsApp through our platform complies with applicable laws and Meta's policies.

Message limits apply based on your subscription plan. Additional messages beyond your plan's included allowance are billed at the per-message rate shown on your plan.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading communications.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.

All content, features, and functionality of the platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the platform, including product information and business details. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use that content to provide the service.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
